Why don’t you take a gander at Ryan (y’know — Romney’s running mate) and Akin’s Personhood Bill. There’s your source.

As for rapists being put in jail for 20 years, hah. In what universe does that happen? Only 3% of rapists spend any time behind bars.

So you are saying that a Personhood Bill (aimed at abortion not rape) is proof Romney believes rapists have parental rights? 

And you site a source on rape that essentially says 3/100 get jailed because of failed notification, and judiciary processes?
